Jennifer Aniston Celebrated 45th Birthday Without Fiancée Justin Theroux? Couple 'Hit a Rough Patch'
Jennifer Aniston reportedly celebrated her 45th birthday earlier this week without her fiancée Justin Theroux.
The former "Friends" actress received a large bunch of balloons at her and Theroux's Bel Air estate to mark her special day, but it remains unclear as to whether they were sent by Theroux, 42. The actor was photographed filming scenes for his new show "The Leftovers" in New York city on Aniston's birthday.

"Jen and Justin have hit a rough patch," a source previously told Life & Style magazine. "Right now, there are no wedding plans, no baby plans and no more buying houses together."
Theroux, who starred alongside Aniston in the 2012 film "Wanderlust," has reportedly been living in New York in recent months for work while Aniston has remained in Bel Air.
"Jen always used to be the one who was working nonstop on films while Justin was writing and producing but now that he's both filming and producing, their dynamic has changed," one insider told In Touch magazine.
"It's not Justin's fault — he wants to work more again. But it's caused them to drive apart and spend much less time together," the source explained. "They haven't been spending much time together at all. All this distance could tear them apart for good."
Meanwhile the "We're The Millers" actress spent the eve of her birthday interviewing Gloria Steinem at The Makers Conference in Ranchos Palos Verdes, Calif. At one point during the interview Aniston alluded to societal pressures women are often subject to.
"The public has a great interest in our personal lives," she was quoted as saying by E! Online.
"I know you've come up against this and I certainly have, too ... where being a woman, our value and our worth is basically associated with our marital status or whether or not we have procreated," she continued.
"Well, I guess we're in deep s---," the widowed Steinem quipped.
Aniston was once married to actor Brad Pitt, but they divorced in 2005 and fans continue to speculate whether she will in fact wed again or become a mother.
In July, the Hollywood actress cleared up reports of a delayed wedding. Gossip sites had claimed that she and Theroux could not agree on a wedding location.
"We have yet to set any date. There have been no cancelled weddings. There have been no postponed weddings," Aniston told E! News. "There have been no arguments about where to get married. Just clearing all that up."
