Jennifer Aniston Declines Prenup: Justin Theroux Divorce Could Cost $150 Million

Jennifer Aniston will wed her fiance Justin Theroux in coming months and a new report claims the actress has declined an offer to sign a prenuptial agreement.

Theroux, 41, reportedly offered to sign a prenup to enable Aniston, who has a more substantial net worth, to protect her fortune. The former "Friends" actress immediately declined and if the pair ever gets divorced, the decision could cost her an estimated $150 million, according to OK! Magazine.

"Jen's absolutely adamant about not having a prenup. She told several friends: 'I'm choosing love, not money. And people are just going to have to deal with it,'" a source told OK!

Aniston, 44, once admitted that she could not be in a relationship that wasn't sincere, explaining that "generosity" is important to her among other qualities.

"I couldn't be in a relationship without equality, generosity, integrity, spirit, kindness, and humor," Aniston previously said.

Friends of the Actress, who was once married to actor Brad Pitt, are said to be concerned about her decision not to sign an agreement with Theroux. The pair has been dating for two years and the actor proposed in 2012.

"It's a sweet and romantic thing to do but a number of friends are desperately worried her decision could come back to haunt her one day," the source said.

"Everything is going so well between Jen and Justin right now, she doesn't want to taint the romance," the source added.

On April 24, it was claimed that the couple, who was reportedly planning a spring wedding, has postponed their big day. Aniston allegedly wants a big wedding similar in size to her 2000 reception with Pitt while Theroux is said to be intent on having a small and intimate affair.

"Jen and Justin have been totally relaxed about the wedding planning. They're looking forward to the wedding, but they have different ideas about the actual wedding itself," a source told Daily Mail.

"It's not to do with them as a couple, they're madly in love. Every time you see them they've got their arms around each other," the source continued. "Jen wants something bigger with all their friends, Justin would just like something a bit more intimate."

It was claimed in March that the couple had invited 50 guests, but it appears that the former "Friends" actress has since had a change of heart. The couple is still trying to compromise on final details.

"At this point, we're expecting the wedding to be at the end of the summer, just before Labor Day Weekend," the insider revealed.
