Jennifer Aniston Named 'Hottest Woman Of All Time'
A MensHealth.com poll ranked Jennifer Aniston No. 1 on a list of the hottest women of all time.
The former star of “Friends” topped the likes of gorgeous stars including Marilyn Monroe, Madonna and Angelina Jolie.
The list, which ranked 100 women, placed Madonna at No. 5, Britney Spears at No. 4, Marilyn Monroe at No. 3, Raquel Welch at No. 2 and Jennifer Aniston at No. 1.
Jolie, who is now the long-term girlfriend of Aniston’s ex- husband, Brad Pitt, came in at No. 10.
"Funny is sexy, and Jennifer Aniston is funny," the site explained. "Her down-to-earth persona makes her seem attainable…And her all-too-human love life off screen inspires sympathy that not even a string of bland romantic comedies can diminish. Other sex symbols drift toward one-dimensionality, becoming flat icons in the process, but throughout her career Aniston has remained sexy, funny, and unmistakably real."
By “all-too- human- love- life”, the site referred to Aniston and Pitt’s divorce in 2005.
Jolie later admitted that she and Pitt began their relationship while he was still married to Aniston.
Aniston, who has remained silent about the Jolie-Pitt relationship, responded by telling Vogue magazine it was “uncool.”
Recently, Pitt gave an interview to Parade magazine saying, “it became very clear to me that I was so intent on trying to find a movie about an interesting life, but I wasn’t living an interesting life myself. I think my marriage (to Aniston) had something to do with it: trying to pretend the marriage was something that it wasn’t.”
All the while, Aniston has maintained her discretion.
Aniston spoke with MensHealth.com about their choice to name her "hottest woman alive.”
"It's a tie between Bridgitte Bardot and Gloria Steinem," she says. "But if I had to choose one, I'd say Gloria because, well, she's the full package. That's sexy."
About what she finds sexiest in a man, she says, "sexiest thing about a man - other than abs - is if he can make me laugh, has compassion, kindness and an accurately-sized ego.”
