Jennifer Lawrence and Darren Aronofsky Still Dating; Age Gap Not an Issue?

While age could become an issue for most dating couples, it looks like Jennifer Lawrence and Darren Aronofsky have little to no problem with their 22-year age gap. Even as the couple has been quietly but also publicly dating since September of last year, the couple looks to be making steady progress.

The 26-year-old "The Hunger Games" star has been dating Aronofsky even as they are working on the movie "Mother!" in which Aronofsky directs Lawrence in the starring role. According to Extra TV, it looks like the couple is still going strong to this day, almost seven months later.

Despite the couple's busy schedules, they still find the means and the time to be together. A source revealed to E! that "Darren visited Jen in Budapest while she was filming 'Red Sparrow' recently," the source confided. "He was there during his birthday and to support her while she was away filming. They are very happy together right now," the source added.

The 48-year-old film director has been a source of support for Lawrence. A source told People that Jennifer is comfortable with an older guy because she is mature and focused," the insider said. "Jen has been mesmerized by his talent and brains since she started working with him," a source also added to People.

The couple, while not exactly shying away from curious fans and observers, prefer to stay out of the spotlight when they are together. "They are very sweet together and seem happy," another source says. "They hold hands. They keep to themselves and don't seem to want a lot of attention," the source added, noting how the couple will try to keep an unassuming profile whenever they are out and about in New York City.
