Jennifer Lopez Breaks Down on Stage as Dancers Imitate Marc Anthony

Currently going through a divorce from Marc Anthony, Jennifer Lopez broke into tears while dancers imitated former partners on Saturday.

“I’m going to sing you the last song I wrote about love,” J. Lo. told her audience at the Mohegan Sun’s 15th anniversary celebration concert. “A lot has changed since then.”

Lopez had just finished a version of her hit song “If You Had My Love” when she opened “Until It Beats No More.”

During the performance, dancers portrayed ex-husbands and ex-boyfriends of Lopez’s past.

Lopez, 42, has been married three times, and was formerly linked to rapper Diddy as well as actor Ben Affleck.

The final part of the performance saw dancers who resembled Lopez and Anthony. The dancers performed in the same way the former couple had while appearing on “American Idol” last May, just months before they announced their divorce.

“I took a trip down memory lane,” said Lopez just before tearing up in front of the sold-out crowd. The camera zoomed into her face revealing the emotion, and the crowd burst into applause.

The singer was able to recover once the image of her 3-year-old twins, Max and Emme, appeared.

“There’s love- and then there’s love,” said Lopez.

Despite the divorce, Lopez and Anthony will continue to work side by side on their Latin talent show “Q’Viva: The Chosen” starting this month through January. The duo will tour Latin America in search of singers, dancers, musicians, and performers while documenting their own experiences. The show will be filmed in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and it set to air in 21 countries.

Anthony has denied accusations that his marriage to Lopez ended over anything “sensationalistic,” including rumors that he had been unfaithful.

While on ABC’s “Nightline,” Anthony said he could not pinpoint “what went wrong,” but that no one in particular was to blame for the split.

Lopez and Anthony’s seven-year relationship ended because it simply no longer “worked,” said the singer, and “absolutely not” because either party had been involved in an affair.

“It was a realization on both our parts. So, you know, it wasn’t shocking. These things happen,” Anthony said. “It was a decision we made jointly.”

“This is not a funeral. This is not a burial,” Anthony said about his divorce. “This is just two people who came together and just realized- and so I’m saying that it wasn’t sustainable the way it was, and that’s that.”
