Named at the top of Forbes Most Powerful Celebrity list this week, Lopez recently announced a joint tour with Enrique Iglesias that kicks off this fall. Additionally, the 42-year-old is a mother of two.

"It just like any working mom's dilemma," said Lopez at the premiere of her new movie, "What to Expect When You're Expecting," according to E! "It's tough. It's a balancing act. You put them first and then you have all these other things that you have to do, that you have to give your time to as well, and you have to make sure that they're OK in the process."

Also, while speaking with Ellen DeGeneres, Lopez further explained her position with "Idol."

"I really do enjoy it," said the singer. "Now this is my second year- I don't know if I can go for a third year. I miss doing other things. It really does lock you down, which was nice the first year with the babies being three, but now they're getting more mobile, they're about to go into school … So I just don't know."

The show is currently in its 11th season where Lopez serves as judge alongside Aerosmith's Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson.

In the past, "Idol" has seen judges Kara DioGuardi, Paula Abdul, and Ellen DeGeneres, among others. The show is hosted by radio DJ Ryan Seacrest.

"American Idol" airs on Fox Wednesdays and Thursdays at 8 p.m. EST.
