Jeremy Lin News: Nets Point Guard Sports New Jimmy Neutron Hairdo

Brooklyn Nets point guard Jeremy Lin has just unveiled his new hairdo. He is now sporting a towering hairstyle that resembles that of famous cartoon character, Jimmy Neutron.

Since he started his career in basketball, Lin has been known for changing his hairstyle each time he switches teams. Over the years, he has gone through several crops, ranging from a wild chameleon hairstyle, spiky, cornrows and ponytails. He has also donned a bowl cut, a buzz cut, a man bun, braids, a mohawk, and a Dragon Ball Z hairdo, among others. However, the latest one might just be his best.

Last week, the former Palo Alto High star posted a photo of himself showing off his new Jimmy Neutron hairdo. Since the player mentioned the name of the character in his post, it was clear that he was the inspiration for his new look.

"Secret Project lollll. Didn't think it'd be possible to do this ha #afrolife #jimmyneutron," reads the caption of his photo.

In his seven-year career in the NBA, the 28-year-old Lin has played in only 12 games for the Nets. He stopped playing last Dec. 26 after sustaining a hamstring injury.

Before the player became part of the Nets, he had played in six NBA teams, going from the Warriors, Rockets, Lakers, Hornets and Knicks. After inking a three-year, $36 million deal in July, Lin has averaged 13.9 points and 5.8 assists for the Brooklyn Nets.

Meanwhile, New York Post recently reported that Lin officially resumed practice last week. He is expected to play in Denver on Feb. 24, the first game of Brooklyn Nets after the All-Star break. The team has been on a 13-game losing skid since Lin's injury.
