'Jersey Shore' Star Snooki's Nude Photos; Attorneys Investigating Leak

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is reportedly on a mission to find who leaked some photos which show the reality TV star posing nude, and an investigation is currently being conducted by her attorneys.

The intimate photos, which were recently described as "personal" by the 24-year-old's rep, appear to have been taken on a cell phone by Snooki herself before she was pregnant and some critics suspect that her ex-boyfriend may be responsible, according to The New York Post.

Emilio Masella, who has previously been warned against bad-mouthing Snooki publicly by her attorneys, denies that he had any involvement in the leak and maintains that he "never even saw [the pictures] before they hit the web."

"I honestly don't care. I'm trying to get rid of trash in my life ... I'm done with her and moving on with my own career," Masella told TMZ.

Masella is renowned for trashing the "Jersey Shore" star and found himself mired in controversy after publicizing his views on her pregnancy news.

"Not to be rude or anything, but I hope she has a miscarriage," Masella said before adding that Snooki would marry her fiancé Jionni LaValle and eventually, "pull a Kim Kardashian."

Snooki's representative confirmed that the expectant mother's "legal team is looking into this."

"Clearly these are old and personal photos that were not meant for the public. It's a shame someone decided to leak them for obvious personal gain," her representative said in a statement.

On Monday, Snooki revealed that she and LaValle have already selected a name for their baby boy.

"I think we're going to do 'Lorenzo' because then you can call him 'Enzo,'" Snooki said during an interview with ABC's "Good Morning America." She added that when they couple has a girl, she will likely be named "Giada."
