Jessica Simpson Baby, People Magazine Reveals First Photo: Fans React
The first photos of Jessica Simpson and fiancée Eric Johnson's baby girl have been revealed, and fans have flocked to social networking sites to weigh in on the exclusive pictures which appear on the front cover of People magazine.
Dressed in a cream-colored dress and a matching headband, baby Maxwell Drew Johnson is seen being cradled in Simpson's arms on the front cover of People, who reportedly paid the singer $800,000 to run the intimate photos, according to Women's Wear Daily.
"We stare at her all the time! We can't get enough!" Simpson gushed to People.

"My life has completely changed. From how I sleep to what I think about, Maxwell has definitely taken over everything," she added.
Fans of 31-year-old Simpson took to Twitter to share mixed views about baby Maxwell, and while some users' comments were favorable, others were not.
"Jessica Simpson's baby is a fatty. I guess that's what happens when you're pregnant for like 2 years," The Miss Nguyen tweeted.
"Jessica Simpson's baby is cute! Over 9 pounds! I'm glad she had a C-Section!!!!" Afrouz Nosratian tweeted.
"Some babies are just not cute no matter what their parents think. jessica simpson's baby is one of them," Lauren tweeted.
Simpson, 31, gave birth to baby Maxwell, who arrived weighing in at 9 lbs., 13 oz., on May 1- 10 days after her expected due date. She has been in awe of her daughter ever since.
"I am so in love with baby Maxwell! I want to cry every time I look at her. Motherhood is by far the best thing I've ever experienced," Simpson recently tweeted.
Simpson, whose fashion empire is said to be worth over $1 billion, received a lot less money for her and Johnson's daughter in contrast with her Hollywood counterparts.
In 2006, actress Angelina Jolie and fiancée Brad Pitt were reportedly paid at least $4.1 million by People magazine for photos of their first child, Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, and in 2007 received $2 million for photos of their adopted son Pax Jolie-Pitt.
Other celebrities who have received more than $1 million for selling the rights to their baby's photos include actress Jessica Alba and husband Cash Warren, singer Christina Aguilera and ex-husband Jordan Bratman, and singer Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony.
"Eric and I are elated to announce the birth of our baby girl, Maxwell Drew Johnson. We are grateful for all the love, support and prayers we have received. This has been the greatest experience of our lives!!" Simpson wrote on her website.
The singer recently selected her former personal assistant and long time friend CaCee Cobb to be baby Maxwell Drew Johnson's godmother, it has been confirmed.
