In the picture, Jill wore a cranberry red top which accentuated her baby bump, a grey skirt and boots. Just last week, she also shared how grateful she is for her growing family. On Nov. 20, she posted a sonogram picture of her baby and captioned it, "A week before Thanksgiving, I'm thankful for our baby boy! Awesome to think his heart has already beat about 26,784,000 times! Psalm 139: 13-19"

In an interview with People, Jill talked about how excited she was to be a mother.

"I am keeping his ultrasound pictures safe—it is so exciting to look at this picture," she said. "He is moving and kicking now, and it's crazy to realize I have this wonderful baby boy inside me."

Jill and Derick are preparing for the arrival of their baby by taking childbirth classes together, and Jill reveals that she wants to have a home birth.

"I am learning a lot about birth," said Derick to People. "We are doing our homework together, and I keep reading new things, the medical aspects are fascinating to me. I'm a Boy Scout, and being prepared is my motto. I'm going to be prepared."
