Joe and Teresa Giudice's Home Raided? District Attorney Sets the Record Straight
Teresa Giudice has only two weeks to go before she starts serving her 15-month prison sentence, but it seems as if more trials were ahead for her family as it was reported that her home was raided by federal agents.
According to AllAboutTheTea.com, probation officers, interns and county sheriff's deputies raided the Giudice's home in Towaco, New Jersey on Monday morning. They allegedly took cash and jewelry because the couple failed to set up a plan for restitution payments.
Moreover, RadarOnline reported that the feds were "granted a court order to raid their home. They arrived unannounced and Teresa was surprised, however, she had no choice but to let them in."

"The judge who sentenced her, Judge Esther Salas, signed the warrant allowing them to enter. While there, they found lots of real jewelry, which had a high monetary value," a source said. "They were there for hours and during the raid she was not allowed to leave the kitchen whatsoever."
The report goes on to claim that officials seized "plasma televisions, jewelry, cash, and even the kids' Christmas presents."
However, Matt Reilly, spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's Office in the District of New Jersey, told The Huffington Post that no such seizure was ordered, and that the office is working with the couple to schedule payment.
"We didn't undertake any action like that," said Reilly to The Huffington Post. "There seems to be a lot of specific detail in [the articles]. If there was going to be something like that, our office would be involved. It just didn't happen."
A representative for the Giudices denied the claims as well and told the Daily Mail, "There is no truth to this rumor. It is 100 percent fabricated."
