John Cena Wife Claims Wrestler Cheated, Others Call Him A Hero (VIDEO)
John Cena's wife may charge that her husband was cheating on her during their marriage, which could affect the couple's prenuptial agreement.
Liz Cena believes that her husband, a professional wrestler and actor, had been cheating on her throughout their 3-year marriage.
According to Liz Cena's attorneys, "they've been getting tips Cena had been messing around during the marriage ... which, if true, could be grounds for Liz to challenge the prenup," TMZ reported.
"We're definitely following up on every lead relative to his being unfaithful before and after the separation," Rafool told TMZ.
The couple became engaged in 2009 after being high school sweethearts, and married later that year. Cena filed for divorce in May of 2012, apparently catching his wife off guard with the papers. Immediately after the papers were filed, dissolution began between Cena and his soon to be ex-wife.
Elizabeth attempted to have the first divorce papers filed thrown out because, according to TMZ, they did not use her legal last name and did not have the prenup agreement attached. Cena later revealed that much of their marital disputes had revolved around their house remodeling, which had become a costly affair.
However, while a messy divorce has put Cena in a negative light in some ways, other still view the WWE wrestler as a hero. The wrestler made reached his 300 mark this week at the Make-a-Wish foundation. He met Jonny Littman, a 7-year-old with severe congenital malformation and spina bifida, which forces him to use a wheelchair.
"I truly give hats off to Make-A-Wish for keeping statistics," Cena said Monday to The Washington Post. "They had a nice little celebration for me at 200, and I humbly said we should do it at 1,000."
Cena also surprised the boy during the "Good Morning America" show with free tickets for him and his family to attend the 1,000th episode of the WWE show.
"I'm just flattered completely that I could be the wish," he told the Post.
