Jose Baez Blames George Anthony, Casey Admits to Being 'Stupid Kid' (VIDEO)
Just one year after Casey Anthony was found not guilty for murdering her own 2 year-old daughter, the acquitted mother has admitted that she acted like a "stupid kid" following her daughter's disappearance.
During a recent Piers Morgan interview, Anthony revealed that she had acted out of character following her daughter's disappearance. After watching video surrounding the time of her arrest and trail, Anthony admitted to looking "absolutely horrible," but defended herself by saying that the video did not reflect her true character.
Only days after the one-year anniversary of her release from court, Anthony stated that she is ashamed of the way that she came across.

"I've looked back at some of the interviews ... in the way that I've come across. It's horrible. It looks absolutely horrible," Anthony said. "I'm ashamed in many ways of the person that I was. Because even then, that wasn't who I am."
Casey Anthony was charged with murdering her two year-old daughter Caylee. The little girl's remains were later found in a wooded area near the family home that Anthony shared with her mother and mother's parents. Anthony continuously lied to police about the missing little girl during the beginning of the case, pushing many to believe that she was guilty of murder.
"I didn't kill my daughter ... she was my greatest accomplishment," Anthony insisted during the Piers Morgan interview although she admitted to be a "stupid kid" who lied to police because she was afraid she couldn't trust them.
Anthony's upbringing was a large part of the court trials because Anthony's lawyer Jose Baez, argued that Anthony had been sexually abused as a child. In his recently released book "Presumed Guilty, Casey Anthony: The Inside Story" Baez even goes as far as to argue that it was Anthony's father, George, who killed Caylee, in order to hide evidence of incest citing that Caylee fathered by George.
Baez also argues that police never conducted a thorough search of George's computer, which would have helped police determine exactly who looked up terms such as "foolproof suffocation" and "venturing into the pro-suicide pit," both search terms that had been discovered on the computer taken from the Anthony home as evidence.
