Justice League News: Gal Gadot Shares Behind-the-Scenes Photo in Wonder Woman Gear
"Justice League" star Gal Gadot recently shared a behind-the-scenes photo of her character in the ensemble flick, teasing fans with a new look at Wonder Woman. Fans have long been waiting for the official trailer for the upcoming film but Gadot said not so long ago that the production won't drop it until later.
While desperate DC fans wait for the trailer, Gadot was quick to placate them with a new photo of her as Wonder Woman on the set of "Justice League." In the photo, she is dressed as the female superhero, facing a large camera while film director Zack Snyder stands on the side, examining the shot.
The Wonder Woman in the photo is pretty much the same as the Wonder Woman in the stills previously released, only that this time she is armed with her sword and shield. Her face also looks serious enough to suggest that she is gearing up for an impending battle. The background also indicates that Wonder Woman is aboard the Flying Fox, the aircraft which Batman built to carry the team.
Gadot posted the photo on Instagram to honor Snyder, who celebrated his birthday on March 1. "A very happy birthday @cruelfilms #zacksnyder!!!! This photo expresses how focused and centered we were on JL but doesn't show all the good laughs and great fun we had!!! I wish you the best of luck, health and happiness. You are such a special talented man with such a unique cinematic vision. I'm happy I got to know and work with you! Happiest bday to you!" Gadot wrote in the caption.
"Justice League" will see Batman and Wonder Woman join forces for the first time to save the world. The synopsis for the film reveals that Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) will enlist his newfound ally, Diana Prince (Gadot), and together they will recruit a team of superheroes to stand against a great threat.
"Justice League" premieres on Friday, Nov. 17.
