Justin Bieber 'Baby Mama' Mariah Yeater 'Bullied' Into Dropping Paternity Lawsuit?
As rumors of Justin Bieber's alleged baby continue to run rampart, the paternity case becomes even more controversial as Mariah Yeater dismisses the lawsuit – amid claims from her attorney that she was a "victim of intimidation."
Yeater's attorney Jeffrey Leving said in an interview with Chicago's WGN-TV on Nov. 14 that he was "fighting for the victim."
"What really compelled me to get involved in this case is viewing the way she is being bullied, intimidated and frightened," he stated.

“Everybody is entitled to their day in court, everybody is entitled to access to the judicial system and they shouldn't be battered or threatened with possible jail time, or incarceration where she will lose her child and be locked up, and threatened with a big lawsuit to bully her,” Leving told WGN-TV.
Now, TMZ reports that Mariah Yeater has "quietly dismissed" the lawsuit late last week, adding that her lawyers, Lance Rogers and Matt Pare, have withdrawn from the paternity case.
The celebrity website also wrote that Bieber's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, alerted Yeater’s legal team to a "looming" suit.
Justin Bieber had confirmed that he will take a paternity test, in light of the charges made by Yeater, 20, that he is the father of her 4-month-old baby boy.
"All this stuff is dealt with by my legal team. But if they want me to then I will," said Bieber, The Sun wrote.
When questioned about what he would say to Yeater the pop sensation responded: "Nothing, I wouldn't waste my time… I guess (she's done this) for attention, but it's not something I am interested in."
"These people are not worth my thought or time," Bieber added.
According to Bieber, these "lies will eventually be exposed."
Yeater had spoken out in an interview with "The Insider" – saying that the "court, will prove" her allegations true.
"I have provided evidence to my attorneys, and it'll show in court, to prove that my allegations are true," Yeater told Kevin Frazier, when questioned about people not believing her claims, The Telegraph wrote.
Jeffrey Leving, lawyer for the new mother, revealed on Dr. Drew Pinksy's "Lifechangers" show Tuesday that his team was confident that the pop star's DNA would reveal he is indeed the father of Yeater's son.
However, the recent news of Yeater's withdrawal of the paternity suit and the claims from her attorney of "bullying" from Bieber’s attorney leaves more than a few gray areas.
Regardless, Bieber's camp has stressed from the start that Yeater's story was "malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false."
