Justin Bieber Baby Mama: Yeater’s Mother Jailed for Violent Hate Crime
Mariah Yeater, the woman who accused Justin Bieber of fathering her baby, is facing more questions over the legitimacy of her claims, after a police report revealed her mother was convicted of battery and causing serious bodily injury.
The incident in question occurred in San Diego in November 2007, when Mariah’s mother, Michelle Yeater, got into a fight with a thrift store clerk and sent the woman to the hospital, according to RadarOnline.
The police disclosure, filed by Officer B.L. Johnson, stated: “Yeater and Ross got into an argument over money. Yeater struck Ross in the left eye with a closed fist.”

Dominique Ross, the woman who suffered the attack, shared with the publication that there was no reason at all for Michelle’s attack, which left her with a bruised eye and scratched head. She even disclosed some of the offensive names Michelle yelled during the attack.
“She (Michelle) called me n****r and b***h and I believe it was a hate crime,” said Ross.
Michelle was convicted for battery and served two-years behind bars.
The story will not help Mariah in her quest to prove that Bieber is lying and really is the father of her baby, with TMZ reporting that in December 2010 she also accused her ex-boyfriend of fathering the baby. Mariah reportedly slapped him when he denied the claim. She will be on trial for the attack and may face up to six months in jail.
Many of Bieber’s fans on Twitter claim it is obvious at this point that Yeater is lying and is only seeking attention so she can cash in on any opportunity to fix up her life.
One Bieber fan, TeamOurBieber, tweeted on Friday: “Why are people still talking about Mariah Yeater? All she wants is Justin Bieber's money and the attention. Leave the idiot alone.”
