Justin Bieber and Chantel Jeffries fueled romance rumors on Wednesday after they were photographed partying with Diddy in Atlanta.

The "Confident" singer, 19, stood shirtless amongst a small crowd of rappers including Rick Ross and Trinidad James at a Georgia nightclub as Jeffries, 19, watched on. At one point Bieber, who has been linked to Jeffries since his Jan. 23 arrest, and the model were seen making their way through the crowd and the singer appeared to show her affection in some of the photos posted on TMZ.com.

Jeffries, who is reportedly signed to Wilhelmina models, was seated in the passenger seat of Bieber's rented Lamborghini when police arrested him in Miami. They traveled to Panama together shortly after his release from police custody which raised questions about their relationship status.
"Panama is beautiful. It's a good place to get away from all the stress," Jeffries reportedly told People magazine about why she traveled with Bieber.
Fans continue to speculate whether the pair is exclusively dating, but Bieber remains tight-lipped regarding the situation.
On Tuesday, one day prior to the pair's nightclub outing, they posted separate videos on Instagram from an ice skating rink and fans speculated whether they had reunited.
The "Baby" singer was innocently playing ice hockey with friends in his Instagram video, while Jeffries was preparing to ice skate in her separate video.
Ally McCarthy, who is a student at Walton High School, claims she saw Bieber playing ice hockey at the Marietta Ice Center in east Cobb County, but it is unclear whether Jeffries was also at the same ice skating center.
"We watched him play with a bunch of other club hockey players for a while, and he was really good," McCarthy told Access Atlanta.
"He took pictures with some hockey players on the sideline," she continued. "Then he left and we didn't manage to get any pictures with him. There were a lot of hockey players and fans surrounding him."
Bieber's ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez, is reportedly crushed over his rumored romance with Jeffries as she was allegedly hoping to reconcile with the singer. The "Come and Get It" singer was reportedly hurt after seeing photos taken of the pair ahead of Bieber's DUI arrest.
"She was crying over Justin and him being with Chantel," a source told HollywoodLife.com about Gomez.
