Justin Bieber Debuts New 'Music' Tattoo
A tattoo enthusiast, Justin Bieber has displayed more ink while traveling through Los Angeles' airport Monday night.
While small, the newest tattoo is the Japanese symbol for music and is located on the "Boyfriend" singer's upper left forearm.
Smiling and posing with fans, the pop singer appeared tired but happy along his travels Monday, according to the Daily Mail.
It is clear that Bieber has a penchant for ink. At just 18-years-old, he already has an impressive collection of tattoos on his body.
Bieber's tattoos already include "Jesus" inked on the left side of his torso, a seagull on his left hip, an outline of a star on his left elbow, and "Believe" written on his right upper forearm.
Despite criticism for having so many tattoos, many are applauding the singer's religious etchings along with his willingness to display and openly talk about his faith in Christ to whoever is willing to listen.
"I'm a Christian; I believe in God, I believe that Jesus died on a cross for my sins," said Bieber in a past statement, according to the Mirror. "I believe that I have a relationship and I'm able to talk to Him and really, He's the reason I'm here, so I definitely have to remember that," continued the singer. "As soon as I start forgetting, I've got to click back and be like, you know, this is why I'm here."
Last May, Bieber visited Israel around the same time that he and his father debuted matching tattoos of the word "Yeshua," Hebrew for Jesus.
While on David Letterman's late night talk show recently, Bieber explained his latest ink.
"Is that a new tattoo," asked Letterman. "Tell me that's that last one."
"Yesterday my album came out and it was an important day for me, so I got 'Believe,'" said Bieber said around the time of his new album release of "Believe."
The Canadian native recently purchased a home in Calabasas, Calif. and continues to top song charts across the world with hits such as his latest single, "As Long As You Love Me."
With over 120 million followers on Twitter, Bieber often references his fans on the social media site.
"i really love all of u out there," Bieber posted Monday. "you seriously are great people. much love no lie. we have lot of fun together. the bond is #REAL"
