Justin Bieber Felony Charge Likely After Egging Incident After Law Enforcement Gather Evidence
Justin Bieber should be charged with a felony vandalism, according to law enforcement officials, who believe they have gathered enough evidence to prove their case.
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department showed up to Bieber's Calabasas, Calif., home with a search warrant to gather their evidence against the 19-year-old singer last month. The law enforcement officials were looking to find any proof that Bieber vandalized his neighbor's home with eggs after he was accused of doing so earlier this year.
After detectives presented their evidence to prosecutors, a decision must be made whether the singer's alleged act will be a misdemeanor or felony charge.

"No decision will be made this week," Los Angeles County District Attorney spokesman Ricardo Santiago told CNN.
While a misdemeanor would not require Bieber to sort the matter out in court, a felony charge would. Bieber's neighbor who accused the singer of egging his home spoke to E! about the incident last month.
"It was about 7:30 p.m. and I was in my house upstairs with my daughter. We began to hear something hitting the house, like rocks and things crashing into the window," the neighbor told E! "We went to our outside balcony and saw [Justin] standing in my front yard, ripping eggs at my house."
Things seemed to get more intense after the neighbor confronted Bieber.
"I screamed at him, he yelled back at me, said, 'Yeah I got another one for you,' and threw more eggs. Then I called the sheriff," the neighbor told E!. "Obviously my daughter was very frightened having eggs thrown at her. It was unprovoked, as I have not seen the kid in months, so I have no idea what prompted him to do this."
Aside from being accused of egging his neighbor's home, Bieber was recently accused of assaulting a limousine driver in Toronto, arrested for a DUI and questionable driving in Miami and pictured performing questionable acts with strippers recently. Still, the Christian singer is letting over 49 million Twitter followers know that he believes he is blessed.
"Blessed to do this," Bieber tweeted recently.
