'Justin Bieber is the Father of My Baby,' Claims Fan
A 20-year-old woman has allegedly claimed that teenage pop star Justin Bieber has fathered her child. Mariah Yeater, from California, claims that Bieber is the father of her son Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater, who was born on July 6.
Yeater has filed a paternity lawsuit on Oct. 31 and asked Bieber to take a paternity test and provide “adequate support for my baby.”
Yeater told a California court that she had a tryst with Bieber after his concert at L.A’s Staples Center on Oct. 25 last year. RadarOnline reported that Yeater told the judge: “When I later realized I was pregnant with Justin Bieber's baby, I tried to contact him through his representatives but no one ever called me back.
“On July 6, 2011, I gave birth to a baby boy. That was exactly 36 weeks and two days after the sexual encounter with Justin Bieber. Based upon the timing as well as the fact there were no other possible men that I had sex with that could be the father of this baby, I believe that Justin Bieber is in fact the father of my baby.”
The allegations have been vehemently denied by Bieber’s spokesperson: “While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims,” the spokesperson told RadarOnline. ”We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.”
Yeater submitted details about her meeting with Bieber to the court. She wrote that a security guard approached her while she was sitting in the front row of Bieber’s concert and asked her if she wanted to meet the star backstage.
“Immediately, it was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and we began to kiss. Shortly thereafter, Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone. I agreed to go with him and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time.”
After the encounter, she says Bieber did not give his contact details to her. She tried to get in touch with him through his representatives after learning about the pregnancy but there was no response.
A court hearing is scheduled for Dec. 15.
Justin Bieber, who is a devout Christian and often speaks publicly about his faith has spoken out in the past against pre-marital sex. Earlier this year in an interview with Rolling Stone magazine he said, “I don't think you should have sex with anyone unless you love them.”
