Justin Bieber Over Selena Gomez? 'He's at A Loss for Words'
Justin Bieber is reportedly done with Selena Gomez despite sparking reconciliation rumors earlier this month as sources claim he wants to focus on improving himself.
The "Confident" singer, 19, was photographed spending time with model Chantel Jeffries in the wake of his Jan. 23 arrest which some critics say is proof he has finally moved on from Gomez, 21. Bieber and Gomez split last year after three years of dating and while the pop singer still "cares" about her, a source says he is not interested in getting back together at this time.
"He's at a loss for words when it comes to that situation. A source told HollywoodLife.com. "He cares about Selena but he also wants to have his cake and eat it too. He's young and can have anyone he wants."

Bieber was arrested in Miami last on suspicion of DUI, drag racing and resisting arrest without violence and he pleaded not guilty to the charges. The arrest is just the latest in a series of legal woes the pop star is facing and he reportedly wants to focus on improving his life as opposed to his dating.
"He's better off learning how to love Justin and clean up all this mess he's created around himself before trying to go steady with Selena," the source said.
Gomez was photographed in Los Angeles on the day of Bieber's arrest and while she appeared to smile for fans, a source claims she was hurting inside. The former Disney star reportedly broke down during a dinner date with friends after seeing photos of Bieber and Jeffries as she still cares about the singer.
"She was crying over Justin and him being with Chantel," an alleged eyewitness revealed. "Vanessa [Hudgens] was comforting her, hugging her, and telling her to 'forget about him.'"
On Wednesday reports claimed the "Come and Get it" singer had turned to pop singer Austin Mahone for support in the wake of her heartbreak. He recently insisted they are just friends.
"Were just friends, she's really cool," Mahone told People magazine on Wednesday. "I mean, I think she's really pretty... every time I'm in L.A., she's like, 'Hey you're in L.A., lets hang out!' So it's cool."
