The photo revealed Cuoco's brand new short 'do which featured long side-swept bangs and hair cut to right below her ears. The big chop arrived just weeks after Cuoco cut six inches from her hair on April 23. At the time, the actress shared a convincing photo from the hair salon featuring her wet hair as the stylist held up scissors.

"Here we go! @clsmonds," Cuoco shared in the caption.

A little later, the actress posted another photo of the dried and short hair, writing, "We did it @clsmonds! Now let's get some color shall we? @andylecomptesalon"

Then, hours later, Cuoco shared photos of the final result of her hairstyle change. First, the actress posted a photo of a close-up of her face with chin-length bright blonde hair.

"Cut, color, joy, joy, joy!!! Thank u @clysmonds and Vanessa @andylecomptesalon," she posted to Instagram in the caption.

Cuoco also shared a photo featuring her whole hairstyle as well as her hairstylist.

"Thanks to this little gem for giving me this killer haircut!!! @clymonds," the actress wrote.

Cuoco joins a long list of actresses who have recently chopped length from their hair, including Hilary Duff, Pamela Anderson, Taylor Swift, Jennifer Aniston and Jennifer Lawrence, just to name a few. Back in November, Lawrence explained her new pixie hairstyle while speaking to Yahoo.

"It was just kind of like [shoulder-length] and it grew to that awkward, gross length, and I just kept putting it back in a bun, and I said, 'Well, I don't want to do this,' so I just cut it off," the actress explained.
