"4 in the morning and I'm zonin'/They say I'm possessed, it's an omen/I keep it 300, like the Romans," West raps.

Fans flocked to social networking site Twitter to weigh in on West's unique video and an overwhelming majority applauded the clip.

"Black Skinhead video is dope! Kanye constantly pushes the envelope, that's why he stays relevant. Mad props!" Peter tweeted.

"It's so creative I love it! Kanye ain't afraid to infuse rock music and the result is sheer brilliance. Black Skinhead is my summer jam," Bebe tweeted.

"YES!! Kanye West drops NEW 'Black Skinhead' music video. So simple yet so unique. Best rapper alive!!!" MJ tweeted.

The rock-influenced song samples rock singer Gary Glitter's 70's hit song "Rock and Roll Part 2," while incorporating an overall hip hop sound.

While fan reactions to "Yeezus" have been overwhelmingly positive, album sales have reportedly been low. The album, which is West's sixth studio release, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard charts however it sold 327,000 copies in it's first week and just 65,000 copies in its second week, according to Billboard.com.

The album sales will likely not bother the rapper, as he recently admitted that sales are no longer a priority of his but rather making "real music."

"I'm just happy to be making music music...You know with this album, we ain't drop no single to radio. We ain't got no big NBA campaign or nothing like that...We just made some real music," West previously said at the 2013 Governors Ball on Randall's Island regarding "Yeezus."

"...Honestly, at this point, when I listen to radio, that ain't where I wanna be no more. Honestly, at this point, I could give a f--- about selling a million records," he continued. "As long as I put out an album for the summer that y'all can rock to all motherf------ summer...'Cause at this point, I don't really give a f--- about outside opinions."
