Kanye West Forbids Kim From Getting Plastic Surgery After Mother's Death?
After losing his mother Donda West due to complications from a cosmetic procedure, rapper Kanye West does not want Kim Kardashian getting plastic surgery.
Soon after Kim gave birth to daughter North West, she had allegedly planned to have a tummy tuck procedure completed to help with her post-baby body, a source told Radar Online.
"Kim was certain that she wanted to have surgery after giving birth because she wanted a head start on losing her baby weight," the source explained.

"Kanye told Kim in no uncertain terms that she needed to put her baby and her life first," the source revealed. "He got pretty emotional because he really didn't want her going through that kind of major surgery. He's still traumatized from his mom's death."
Donda died in 2007 at the age of 58 after suffering "multiple post-operative factors" following a liposuction and breast-reduction surgery.
"Kanye was devastated by her passing and it's made him extremely protective of those he loves," the source explains. "He really put his foot down and told Kim the surgery ban is a condition of being with him."
Kardashian has previously been open about getting botox on "Keeping Up With The Kardashians," but she has denied going under the knife.
The plastic surgery speculation started in earnest after she fired her longtime publicist, Jill Fritzo, as part of her alleged image overhaul. The E! star is reportedly eager to rebrand after allegedly being advised to do so by her boyfriend Kanye West, 36.
"Kim wants to set herself apart from the Kardashian PR machine and Kanye West advised her to build her own team," a source told the New York Post's Page Six.
Fritzo, who is from PMK*BNC, was reportedly replaced with Slate PR co-founder Ina Treciokas. While she is no longer representing Kardashian, she is still working with her sisters.
In recent months Kardashian, who is notorious for embracing the paparazzi, has uncharacteristically kept a low profile and sources claim that this is a part of a plan to change her image. The E! Star recently dyed her brunette locks after West allegedly recommended a new look.
"Kanye has big plans to totally revamp Kim's whole life. He is specific in what he wants her to look like and dress like and she's happily going along with the plan now," a source told RadarOnline.com.
