Kanye West Says President Obama Should Stop Talking About Kim Kardashian

Kanye West is speaking out against President Barack Obama for the commander-in-chief's decision to speak negatively about him and his fiance Kim Kardashian.

West, the 36-year-old rap mogul, appeared on the Philadelphia radio station Hot 107.9 where he seemed to caution the president against speaking badly about Kardashian, the mother of his child.

"I think he shouldn't mention my baby mama's name because we both from Chicago," West said on the radio station "...I'm not gonna mention him no more. I'm past that."

West's comments came after he was asked if he would ever "break bread" with Obama. However the rap mogul insisted that he was above thinking about his issues with the president.

"That's out my thoughts," West said on the radio show. "That's lowering my priority of thinking at this point."

Obama spoke to David Blum for Kindle Singles earlier this year where he revealed his thoughts on the "American Dream" changing over time. The president named 33-year-old Kardashian and West when acknowledging how times have changed.

"Kids weren't monitoring every day what Kim Kardashian was wearing, or where Kanye West was going on vacation, and thinking that somehow that was the mark of success," Obama said.

However, West was not the only one to chastise Obama for his comments. Kris Jenner, Kardashian's mother, also defended her daughter against the president.

"I find it so odd that he's picking on Kim Kardashian and Kanye West…Kim Kardashian is the hardest working young lady in the world. She never sleeps," Jenner insisted. "She never stops. She never slows down. And works so hard for what she's got."

Jenner went on to compare the president to her daughter.

"Her job, affords her to live in a 10,000 square foot house. And I think, if I'm not mistaken, Mr. President's job affords him to live in a 55,000 square foot house," Jenner said. "So basically, my house would fit in his entry…You poke at someone for living a lifestyle…I'm sure when he grew up his dream was one day, 'I want to be the president of the United States.' We all want to aspire."
