"Happy Birthday to my husband and best friend in the entire world! You have changed my life in more ways than you know! The way you look at life inspires me! I love you so much!!!" she wrote alongside a kissing photo of herself and West.

The couple, who began dating in 2012, wed in a lavish ceremony before 200 family and friends in Italy last month. They are said to be still basking in the bliss of married life as they begin their new lives as a married couple.

The wedding marked Kardashian's third marriage and West's first.

Last week reports claimed Kardashian, who is renowned for presenting West with lavish birthday gifts, was contemplating getting a body tattoo to profess her undying love for him. While West is no stranger to ink, Kardashian reportedly does not have any tattoos which would have made the potential gift extra special, however, it is unclear as to whether she actually followed through.

"Getting a tattoo is something she said she would never do, but there has been talk about getting a symbol or some initials referring to her love for Kanye inked on her lower back or somewhere discreet," a source previously told Hollywood Life.

"It would be something delicate, simple," the insider added.

In 2012 the E! star made headlines when she gave the hip-hop star a rare Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4, valued at $750,000, for his birthday.
