A new report claims that Kate Middleton is pregnant with her second child but staying out of the limelight for health reasons. The Duchess of Cambridge was photographed looking gaunt, which fueled speculation that perhaps she was as sick with her pregnancy as she was with Prince George.

"She is so tired at the end of the day, she collapses on her bed," a "royal source" told Life & Style magazine. "She is way beyond exhausted. It's a particularly worrying time for William. He is very concerned."

Even though Kate appeared healthy throughout her trip to Australia and New Zealand, and dispelled pregnancy rumors by drinking wine, speculation has still been rampant that she is, indeed, pregnant. William has even joked that they would be welcoming another baby "soon," though he was vague on a timeline.

According to the a fitness expert, Kate's weight is unhealthy for her body size, increasing fears that she is suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum, an acute form of morning sickness. The Duchess was so sick with it during her first pregnancy that she had to be hospitalized for several days. In fact, that is how the world first learned of her pregnancy – William and Kate were hoping to keep the pregnancy a secret for longer but her hospitalization caused them to reveal the truth.

Why the secrecy this time around as well?

"She doesn't want to let anyone down," a source revealed.

Kate is a devoted mother to George and wants to keep up with her royal duties as much as possible – she enjoys mingling with the people and supporting her charities. And William is firmly devoted to Kate, wanting her to be "healthy and happy" while pregnant with their second child.

"They adore being parents and are eager to get on with adding to their family," the source confirmed. "They're ready."
