Kate Middleton, Prince William and Baby to Tour in Spring 2014
Kate Middleton and Prince William's baby has not yet arrived, but the family is already planning ahead for Spring 2014 with a tour, according to reports Tuesday.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are expecting to welcome the royal baby any day now and already have a full schedule.
In the months that follow the baby's arrival, Middleton and Prince William will get their little one ready for a 2014 royal tour down under, according to Us Weekly.
"The trip is planned for Australia and New Zealand," an insider told the magazine.
Middleton's official due date is believed to be July 11, according to reports.
However, there are several conflicting reports, and St. James Palace did not provide an exact date for the royal baby's arrival.
The palace also noted that the royal couple is happy to share the news once the child arrives.
"While is a deeply personal and private event, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge realize this is a time of national celebration and that there will be vast interest in the baby," a spokesperson said in June. "They realize many people will want to share in their happiness."
Regardless of which day she gives birth, the Duchess of Cambridge is reportedly "nervous" but "feeling great," according to Us Weekly.
"She's full of energy and really rather used to the bump," said a family source speaking to the magazine. "Naturally she is a little nervous about the big day, what new mum wouldn't be?"
Middleton already made plans to give birth in London's St. Mary's Hospital inside the Lindo Wing, but the expectant mother and her husband are still preparing their home for the baby.
"She's still busy, making sure she's done as much as possible for the new house before the baby is born," the insider revealed. "Once the baby is here, she won't have time for anything else!"
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are redecorating their 20-room apartment in Kensington Palace, which they will move into in the fall.
"Everything is great," the source at Us Weekly assured. "She's healthy, the baby is healthy."
The Duke and Duchess are not the only ones anxious for the baby's arrival- a countdown has began in the U.K. and British bookies are taking bets on everything from the baby's gender to its hair color and weight.
Most odds point to the child being female, while other bets land on the birth date being July 17th.
