Kate Middleton, Prince William 'Excited' About First Christmas With Baby George
Kate Middleton and Prince William are gearing up for their first Christmas with baby George Alexander Louis and a new report claims the royal couple will be surrounded by both of their families during the holiday period.
In a break from royal tradition, Queen Elizabeth II reportedly invited the Middleton family to spend Christmas with the royals at Sandringham House in Norfolk, England. The Duchess' parents and siblings will join the likes of Prince Charles and Prince Harry, for what is expected to be a 30-person royal Christmas celebration.
"It's hugely important to Kate and William that her family is with them," a royal insider told Life and Style magazine.

Prince George, born July 22, will get his first glimpse of the usual 18-foot Norfolk pine tree – which Queen Elizabeth reportedly helps decorate each year. There, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, who are reportedly excited for the festive season, will present him with a number of "quirky" Christmas gifts.
"The cheaper and quirkier, the better!" the insider said. "Kate and William are hugely excited about the festive season and even though George will be only 5 months old, they know this is a time they'll cherish forever."
In October, it was claimed that Middleton, who is adjusting well to motherhood, is hoping to get pregnant by Christmas. The Duke and Duchess are believed to be doing everything possible to make this dream a reality.
"They'd love to be pregnant again by the end of the year. They want a brother or sister for George," a source revealed with another telling The Express, "they can't wait [to move]. They are so looking forward to getting the place how they want it and being settled."
"William and Kate are very keen to start trying for baby No. 2. They'd be thrilled if Kate were pregnant by Christmas," another source said.
