Kate Middleton Receives New Dog for Christmas From Prince William
It has been reported that Prince William got Kate Middleton a dog as a present this Christmas this year.
Today reporter Stephanie Gosk has claimed, “Speculation is swirling over what William is going to get Kate for Christmas.”
She added: “The general consensus at this point is that the Duchess of Cambridge is getting a puppy. I hope I haven't ruined any surprises.”
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge got each other puppies in 2009, according to The Daily Mail. Kate received a black cocker spaniel called “Otto,” who hit the news when he chewed a pair of pearl earrings Prince William got Kate for her 28th birthday.
At that time Prince William also received a black lab puppy.
Other pets owned by the royal family include the Queen’s 10 corgis, as well as Prince Charles’ recently adopted terrier, Beth.
This was Kate’s first Christmas as a member of the royal family at Sandringham manor. Kate’s sister, Pippa Middleton, joined them for the day after Christmas – Boxing Day.
