Katy Perry, Russell Brand Twitter Feud on the Rise?
Either Katy Perry's usage of her Twitter account ended up in accidently "unfollowing" Russell Brand from her list or she deliberately cut him off.
Although both are valid explanations not beyond reasonable doubt, under the current circumstances the second is, so far, more accurate.
Russell filed for divorce at the end of last year and according to various media reports Perry still sought to get back into good terms and continue together.
However according to a recent report by London's Daily Mirror, Brand's unnamed friend told that "he [Brand] has agreed to meet her one last time," in order to "sort things out and finalize the divorce. Removal trucks have been moving his things out of the house they lived in and into a new place that Russell is renting."
Katy Perry's Twitter account (@katyperry) "Following" list recently failed to display Russell Brand's profile which goes under the profile name of @rustyrockets meaning that the account no longer receives tweets from Brand's account.
Celebrity news and magazine Us Weekly recently reported that someone had said Perry was not happy with how her soon to be ex-husband was acting, "He's being so atrocious that she feels like she never really knew him."
"She doesn't want to look battered and have people feel sorry for her. She's very strong and confident," the magazine continued with the quote.
The 36-year-old British comedian and the 27-year-old American pop singer had been married for approximately 14 months, but questions arose last Christmas when both were spotted spending their holidays separate in different countries.
Brand's Twitter account on the other has not responded with an "unfollow" yet. No Tweet has been made on his account since Jan. 5.
