'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' Latest News: Kris Jenner Opens Up About Kim Kardashian's Paris Robbery
Reality star Kris Jenner recently opened up about her daughter Kim Kardashian's October 2016 Paris robbery during her appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Monday, Feb. 20.
As reported by Us Weekly, the matriarch of the Kardashian clan revealed how the upcoming 13th season of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" handled the aftermath of the harrowing robbery incident.
"The first episode you're going to see is when the girls were in Miami, doing something with the Dash stores, and then the Paris incident happened," Jenner said during her recent appearance in "The Ellen DeGeneres Show." "It was devastating," she added.
The second episode of the upcoming season of the reality series will feature Kim giving her sisters a play-by-play of what happened when masked and armed men entered her hotel room and stole her jewelry worth millions of dollars during the Paris Fashion Week last fall, Entertainment Weekly reported.
"Now we just started seeing some of the stuff that had come out of those days and it's... Nobody can even get through the first five minutes without being hysterical. I get choked up just thinking about it and talking about it," Jenner explained.
"It was such an upsetting time when something so awful happened to somebody that you love so much," she added.
Jenner went on to say that Kim found the experience of opening up to her family about the robbery incident very therapeutic. Kim reportedly decided to go through with detailing her traumatic experience in order to raise awareness. Jenner also claimed that the incident changed the way all members of their family now live their lives, and how they take care of their children.
Jenner also teased that Kim's husband, Kanye West, will be playing a big part in the forthcoming episode in the reality series.
"Keeping up with the Kardashians" is scheduled to return on Sunday, March 5, at 9 p.m. EST on E!.
