'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' Season 9: Khloe Cries Over Lamar, Kim Gets Engaged (VIDEO)
"Keeping Up With The Kardashians" will return in 2014 and a new trailer suggests that season 9 will reveal a series of highs and lows the family has experienced this year.
Viewers will be subject to the family's seemingly never-ending drama, which in season 9 is set to include Khloe's marital woes, the breakdown of Kris and Bruce Jenner's marriage, Kim's engagement to Kanye West and much more. At one point Khloe, 29, breaks down while openly admitting that she and Odom, 33, are having problems.
"I've been in hiding because I'm afraid of people. I have major anxiety," Khloe is heard telling her sister Kourtney. "I have to move on with my life and that means changing a lot."
In August, the reality TV star separated from the NBA star after three years of marriage in the wake of cheating rumors and drug addiction reports. Sept. 27 marked the estranged couple's fourth wedding anniversary, but they are believed to have spent the significant day apart.
Odom has kept a low profile in the wake of separation reports and in one clip the father of two is heard asking for forgiveness from Khloe's family.
"I would do anything to be accepted back by you guys," Odom tells Kourtney via a phone call as Khloe listens in. "You guys are all I've got."
Kim, who was rumored to have urged Khloe to divorce Odom in recent months, is heard offering her support to the NBA veteran.
"We are a ride or die family. No matter what happens, we're always here to support you," Kim says.
Khloe and Odom are not the only ones experiencing marital woes as her parents Kris and Bruce Jenner announced their separation in October. In one scene Bruce, 63, and Kris, 58, are seen breaking the separation news to their heartbroken children.
"We're better as friends than we are the other way," a teary-eyed Jenner reveals.
"So then why are you still married?" an emotional Kendall asks.
Despite the marital drama, there appears to be hope for at least one of the Kardashian couples. Kim gets the shock of her life when Kanye West, 36, unexpectedly proposed on her 33rd birthday.
The rapper rented out AT&T Park in San Francisco for the over-the-top proposal.
"We're having a wedding everybody!" a thrilled Kris is heard screaming during the engagement celebration.
Season 9 of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" will premiere on the E! Network in 2014.
