Kelly Preston ‘Feels Amazing’ After Kirstie Alley’s Weight-Loss Program
Kelly Preston has lost nearly 40 pounds after turning to her friend Kirstie Alley’s weight-loss program.
Speaking to People magazine, the 49-year-old actress said that she used Alley’s Organic Liaison to lose the weight she gained after her recent pregnancy.
“I lost 39 lbs., have more energy than I had 20 years ago – and I feel amazing,” said Preston. “I’m going to be turning 50 next year! Hey, 50 is the new 30,” she added.

Preston gave birth to Benjamin – her son with John Travolta – last year, and confessed she doubted that she would ever regain a trim shape.
“When I got pregnant at 48, I didn’t know if my body would bounce back,” said Preston, who now serves as a spokesperson for the program.
Kirstie Alley’s Organic Liaison is a brand new weight loss and diet plan created with the goal of “liaising” clients from conventional eating habits, according to the official website. Preston and her husband have been married over 20 and are members of the Church of Scientology. Their first wedding ceremony conducted by a French Scientology minister on Sept. 5, 1991 was not valid, and the couple had a second ceremony a week later. The couple has a 12-year-old daughter Ella as well as their 1-year-old son. In 2009, their son Jett died during a seizure-related incident at the age of 17.
