Kendall Jenner News: Model Finally Speaks Out About Her Controversial Pepsi Ad

Kendall Jenner has broken her silence on her Pepsi commercial and the controversy it sparked soon after it was released.

It can be recalled that Jenner starred in a much-criticized Pepsi commercial earlier this year. The clip saw the model handing a police officer a can of Pepsi during a riot. It was particularly panned for exploiting the Black Lives Matter movement.

Despite being slammed by the public, Jenner remained silent regarding the issue. After several months, she has finally spoken out about the topic, unsurprisingly taking to an episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" to talk about the controversy. In the installment, Jenner poured her heart out to big sister Kim Kardashian.

"I just feel really, really bad," she said (via E! Online). "I feel really bad that anyone was ever offended. I feel really bad that this was taken such a wrong way and I genuinely feel like s--t. I have no idea how I'm gonna bounce back from it."

The mother of two did her best to console her younger sister. She also offered her advice, saying that the Pepsi debacle is her first major scandal.

"This is just gonna be the biggest lesson learned for you," Kardashian said. "But I just wish that you could see that there is light at the end of the tunnel and that it will be OK if you're just like honest."

Speaking directly to the camera, Jenner revealed that it was never her intention to spark unrest and cause anyone offense. It was clear that she regretted her involvement in the Pepsi ad.

Apart from the controversial commercial, Jenner has otherwise seemed happy. She was most recently linked to NBA player Blake Griffin. Prior to that, she was at the center of dating rumors with rapper A$AP Rocky.
