Kevin and Danielle Jonas Announce Baby No. 2
The Jonas clan is beyond ecstatic these days as Kevin Jonas and his wife, Danielle, announced on Monday that they are preparing for the arrival of their second baby.
Kevin made the announcement through a cute photo of him and Danielle in bed. In the picture, Kevin reads a book that teaches parents how to prep properly for a baby's coming, while Danielle smiles as she is surrounded by snacks to fill her pregnancy cravings.
The couple told People, "We are excited to share the news that we are expecting a new addition to our family this winter. Alena is beyond thrilled to be a big sister and we can't wait to meet the newest member of our family."
Alena is Kevin and Danielle's first child who was born in 2014. In a photo shared by Danielle, she is seen gleefully smiling at the camera while sporting a shirt that reads: "Big Sister."
U.S. Weekly notes that when Danielle was giving birth to Alena, Kevin documented the delivery and allowed fans into his daughter's arrival as he live-streamed his wife's delivery. The Jonas Brothers alum has also been proudly sharing images of Alena online, seemingly implying that he is one happy father.
According to E! News, the happy parents said after Alena was born that they are more than happy to finally see and hold their precious little girl. They thanked their family, friends, and fans for showering them with love and support.
In 2007, Kevin and Danielle met while enjoying the Bahamas breeze. While they were both with their own families at that time, destiny brought them together and in December 2009, they said their vows at the Oheka Castle in Long Island. During that amazing day, Kevin younger brothers and bandmates Nick and Joe supported him as his best men.
Kevin is famously known for his music career but not much is known about Danielle, whose last name before getting married was Deleasa. She was seldom seen hitting the red carpet with her celebrity boyfriend but after they tied the knot, she has gained her own fandom, especially on social media.
She now stars in "Married to Jonas" on E! and is doing well as a reality star.
