Khloe Kardashian Divorce Rumors: Lamar Odom Prenup Includes Cheating Clause? 'She's Humiliated'
Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom reportedly signed a prenuptial agreement prior to their 2009 wedding which includes an infidelity clause, and sources claim the reality TV star is considering divorce.
In recent weeks at least two women have come forward accusing the NBA star of engaging in extramarital affairs and while Odom, 33, and Kardashian, 29, are yet to address the cheating claims, reports claim they the couple's three-year marriage is under strain. The reality TV star reportedly included a divorce clause in the couple's prenup that gives her more of Odom's $56 million fortune in the case that the father-of-two is ever unfaithful, according to Life and Style magazine.
"With both mistresses coming out, she can't handle much more. If more women come forward, she will do it," an alleged friend told Life & Style magazine about the possibility of divorce.

"Khloe is a strong girl but the cheating rumors have really worn her down," another friend revealed. "She is humiliated and pissed off."
In July, a woman identified as Jennifer Richardson claimed to have engaged in an extramarital affair with Odom. Weeks later Polina Polonsky, who is a criminal defense attorney, made similar claims and Kardashian is said to be devastated.
"[Khloe called] Kris [Jenner] very, very early on Wednesday morning after reading about Lamar's latest mistress coming forward," a family insider previously told RadarOnline.com.
"She has been crying hysterically. Kris has been trying to calm her down, but Khloe seems to know in her heart that Lamar has been indeed cheating on her," the insider said. "Lamar is Khloe's entire world, and she can't understand why he would cheat on her. It's really, really sad, because she loves him so much."
Polonsky, who reportedly passed a lie detector test, claims that prior to her alleged six-week tryst with Odom, she was led to believe that he had ended his marriage to Kardashian.
"I was under the impression that he had left Khloe ... He acted completely available," Polonsky told Star magazine.
