The pair, who have not been seen together publicly for several months, were spotted inside of a white Mercedes-Benz with Kardashian, 29, in the driver's seat and Odom, 33, in the passenger seat. Reports claim they were headed Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner's home to offer emotional support in the wake of her separation from Bruce, according to Daily Mail UK.
Despite the reunion, Kardashian is reportedly "anxious" to end her strained marriage to the NBA veteran. The pair, who have been married for four years, is believed to have separated in August in the waking of cheating reports and drug addiction rumors, according to TMZ.com.
In July, a woman identified as Jennifer Richardson claimed to have engaged in an extramarital affair with Odom. Weeks later Polina Polonsky, who is a criminal defense attorney, made similar claims and Kardashian was reportedly left devastated which prompted the father of two to move out of their Tarzana, Calif., home.
"With both mistresses coming out, she can't handle much more. If more women come forward, she will do it," an alleged friend told Life & Style magazine about the possibility of divorce.
"Khloe is a strong girl but the cheating rumors have really worn her down," another friend revealed. "She is humiliated and pissed off."
In September Kardashian fueled divorce speculation when she abruptly dropped her marital name from social networking sites Twitter and Instagram. Jenner, who recently announced she separated from her husband Bruce of 22 years, recently opened up about Kardashian's emotional state following the E! star's separation from Odom.
"She's very sensitive and she loves really hard and she feels with all of her soul," Jenner told E!. "But she also has the ability to put that game face on and go out there in the world and do what she needs to do... she is resilient but she is very strong."
