Khloe Kardashian, Lamar Odom Selling $4 Million Marital Home Amid Divorce Reports?
Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are selling their marital home following reports of a separation, sources claim.
The estranged couple, who have been married four years, purchased the seven bedroom, nine bathroom 8,347 square foot Tarzana, Calif., mansion together shortly after their 2009 wedding. Kardashian, 29, has reportedly given several San Fernando Valley realtors a pocket listing and is requesting $4 million for the property, according to TMZ.com.
In August the reality TV star is believed to have separated from her NBA star husband in the wake of cheating rumors and drug addiction reports. She recently told realtors that she is now eager to "start fresh and move on," the website claims.
Odom, 33, previously suggested that his marriage to Kardashian is fine however she fueled divorce speculation in October when she abruptly dropped her marital name from social networking sites. The pair's marital woes are currently being played out on the E! Network's "Keeping Up With The Kardashians."
"Khloe is very frustrated when it comes to Lamar. The fact that he doesn't seem to care to shape up makes Khloé act like she is over him," a source told People.com.
"Khloe doesn't know how they'll ever be a happy, married couple again," another insider revealed. "She is very hurt that he's lied to her about being clean. And she's made it clear that he can't spend time with her family until he is."
Kardashian's mother Kris Jenner recently opened up about her daughter's emotional state in the wake of separation reports. The E! Star is said to be "sensitive" as she continues to deal with her strained marriage to Odom, but Jenner described her as bring "resilient" and "strong," according to E! News.
"She's very sensitive and she loves really hard and she feels with all of her soul," Jenner told E! News. "But she also has the ability to put that game face on and go out there in the world and do what she needs to do ... she is resilient but she is very strong."
