Khloe Kardashian 'Not Selling' Lamar Odom Marital Home?
Khloe Kardashian is reportedly not selling her and Lamar Odom's marital home, despite reports claiming otherwise.
The reality TV star, 29, is reportedly devastated over the recurring drug addiction reports surrounding Odom, 33, as well as recent claims of extramarital affairs. While the couple is rumored to have separated in recent months, Kardashian has not taken any steps in selling their 8,347-square-foot Tarzana, Calif., home, according to HollywoodLife.com.
"They are NOT selling the house," a source told HollwoodLife.com. "Not true."
The estranged couple purchased the 7-bedroom, 9-bathroom house for $3.9 million in 2009, just two months after they wed in a lavish ceremony. Odom, who has kept a low profile in the wake of separation reports, was reportedly crushed after hearing rumors that Kardashian was allegedly planning to sell their marital home.
"He's hurt that she's trying to force him out by trying to scare him, and trying to sell their house," a source said previously. "I see why she's doing it but still, kill all that."
In recent weeks Kardashian has alluded to the strain in her marriage via social networking sites Twitter and Instagram. On Sept. 26, just one day before the pair's fourth wedding anniversary, the E! star tellingly dropped her marital name on Twitter, which fueled divorce speculation.
"Sometimes you just gotta be your own hero and save your own little heart. Because sometimes, the people you can't imagine living without, can actually live without you," Kardashian recently wrote via Instagram.
"I see the pain in your pride," she wrote on Twitter.
On Aug. 26, it was claimed that Odom moved out of his marital home after refusing to get professional help as requested by Kardashian. It is still unclear whether there is any truth to addiction reports, but sources insist he is on a downward spiral, according to TMZ.com.
"Khloe always knew Lamar dabbled with drugs, but she didn't get concerned until summer when he moved out of their house so he could do whatever he wanted to," a source told Hollywood Life. "He got sick of her nagging him to get help, so he moved out."
