Khloe Kardashian Transgender Accuser Ordered to Undergo Mental Evaluation
A transgender woman suing reality TV star Khloe Kardashian for battery and assault has been ordered by a judge to undergo a mental evaluation.
Kardashian, 28, recently asked the judge to order a full mental evaluation of Chantal Spears, who is also known as Ronald Spears, and the reality TV star's request was granted, according to Mail Online.
Spears filed a lawsuit against Kardashian in December 2009, alleging that the reality star assaulted her in front of a Los Angeles nightclub during that same year.
The model claims that she approached Kardashian and her husband of three years Lamar Odom outside of Playhouse nightclub on Hollywood Blvd in Los Angeles, Calif. and when she told the NBA star that he was "too young to be married," Kardashian struck her.
After the incident, Spears told police that Kardashian "pushed and hit me" which allegedly caused her serious injury including "mental and emotional anxiety."
"All I was telling Lamar Odom is maybe he is too young to get married, and all of a sudden I get this big push from this girl!" Spears previously told TMZ.
Kardashian maintains that she was attacked by Spears first and simply pushed her away in self-defense, but Spears claims that she has witnesses to support her claim that Kardashian assaulted her and that when she tried to defend herself, she was hit a second time.
"I tried to get her and she pushed me again! She is in trouble ... because everybody saw her hit me first," Spears said.
In May 2012, Spears offered to drop her lawsuit if Kardashian paid $150,000 damages in an out of court settlement.
In 2009, Kardashian attended her first anger management class with her sister Kim after assaulting her older sister Kourtney's boyfriend Scott Disick.
Her visit was filmed for Season 4, Episode 2 of the E! reality TV show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians," which aired Sunday, December 20, 2009. During her time at Daybreak Counseling, she was able to determine the root of her anger aimed at Disick.
