Kim, Kanye Prenup Drama Delaying Wedding Plans? Agreement 'Complicated'

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are still finalizing their prenuptial agreement and new reports suggest that ongoing negotiations could delay their upcoming wedding.

The reality TV star, 33, and the "Yeezus" rapper, 36, are both estimated to be worth millions of dollars and in order to protect their respective assets, legal reps are said to be drafting a comprehensive agreement. West is said to be worth $120 million while his E! Star fiance is reported to be worth $40 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

Current negotiations are said to be friendly however insiders claim that West's recent shift in management has complicated matters. The couple, who got engaged in October, will reportedly wed in France on May 24, TMZ.com reported.

"People are probably assuming we're going to have this massive wedding, and I think it will be – but intimate," Kardashian told Vogue magazine.

"Two hundred people – just all of our closest friends – a special night for us and all the people that really love us and that have supported us," she added.

Kardashian confirmed Monday that her wedding dress has been chosen and reports suggest that her bridesmaids dresses have also been finalized.

The reality star's 11-month-old daughter North West will reportedly play a role in the wedding and rumored guests include Hollywood power couple Jay Z and Beyonce along with Vogue Editor-In-Chief Anna Wintour.

"Kim will be wearing white although its her third wedding. She's getting her dress custom made [and] she will have one dress change ... that dress will not be white," TV personality Chloe Melas said on VH1's "The Gossip Table."

"Baby North is going to be the flower girl. Even though she wont be walking at that point I guess they're going to carry her down the aisle," she revealed.

The wedding will mark Kardashian's third marriage and West's first.
