Kim Kardashian's pregnancy announcement has no doubt shocked her fans, and new details have led many to question whether the reality TV star and Kanye West are expecting twins.
On Sunday, West, 35, stunned the crowd during his Atlantic city concert when he publicly announced that Kardashian is pregnant with her first child. She is said to be 12 weeks along, according to Daily Mail.
"Stop the music!" West yelled before telling the audience to "make noise for my baby mama right here."

Kardashian, who was in attendance, was left red-faced, as it is understood that she was just as stunned as the crowd at West's public announcement.
The news was first reported by urban gossip website MediaTakeout.com, which confirmed Friday that Kardashian, 32, was given medical treatment on Christmas day. The reality TV star was reportedly suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum, a condition that causes severe nausea and vomiting during pregnancy.
Hyperemesis gravidarum, a condition that Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton also recently suffered from, is said to be more frequently found in women who are expecting twins, which has prompted speculation that Kardashian and West may be expecting twice the joy.
Fans of the celebrity couple flocked to social networking site Twitter upon learning about the pregnancy confirmation, and while many were excited for the pair, others were not.
"So excited there is going to be a baby Kimye, congrats you are going to be a fantastic mummy xxx @KimKardashian," Laura tweeted.
"I feel bad for the baby. Judging by Kim's record her and Kanye will be married and divorced before the baby is even born!" Kelly M tweeted.
"This baby will be so adorable! Half African-American and half Armenian...omg cannot wait! Congrats to the happy couple," Jill tweeted.
Hollywood immediately sent congratulatory tweets to Kardashian and West, with Ryan Seacrest among those first to acknowledge their pregnancy news.
"It's true :) @KimKardashian & @KanyeWest are having a baby!congrats u guys," Ryan Seacrest tweeted.
"Congrats to my sis @KimKardashian - am sooo happy for u and@kanyewest Blessings and love for our new baby on the way!!!!! Xoxo," Kardashian's friend and business associate Loren Ridinger tweeted.
"Congrats to Kim and Kanye. Happy for both of them," Russell Simmons tweeted.
