Kim Kardashian Baby Name 'North West' Deliberately Leaked? Kanye Refuses to Profit Off Daughter
Kanye West is reportedly refusing to profit off of his newborn daughter following claims suggesting the baby's name has been leaked to the press.
While many celebrities often opt to sell exclusive baby details and first photo rights for large sums, West, 36, is reportedly against the idea.
On Friday it was widely claimed that a birth certificate revealed West and Kardashian named their daughter North West, according to TMZ.com.

While this is yet to be confirmed, fans believe it is proof that the rapper has no intention of selling information regarding his daughter.
"I know Kanye's not about to make money off that girl. Trust, that's not going to happen. Kanye isn't no pimp...That's not in his character," a source told HollywoodLife.com.
"Whenever he does decide to bring his girl out in public, it won't be for money. It's going to be on his terms and in an appropriate place," the source explained.
On Saturday Kardashian, 32, gave birth to the couple's first child naturally in Los Angeles. Although the newborn arrived five weeks early and weighed in at under five pounds, she is said to be in good health.
West is reportedly gushing to family and friends that his daughter is "the most beautiful girl ever besides her mama," a source said.
In January media experts estimated that first baby photos of West's and Kardashian's baby could fetch upwards of $1 million.
"A People [magazine] set up may be worth a million dollars easy," one source previously told RumorFix.
While West is said to be strongly against making any money off of his daughter, his girlfriend Kardashian, who is paid to expose her private life on reality TV shows, is said to be open to the idea.
"I highly doubt Kim will just give it up for free, slim chance that's going to happen. If there's money to be made, she will make it and honestly, there's nothing wrong with that," the source said.
"Why give it up for free when at the same time you can make a dollar from it?" the source tried to reason.
The E! reality TV star recently admitted that she and West have differences particularly with their individual relationships with the press. While Kardashian welcomes media attention, West admittedly does not enjoy it.
"We live different lives, but I love being open. That's who I've always been. That will never change because that is who I am. It does worry me when I think about it," Kardashian previously told Fabulous magazine.
"I'm definitely more of a recluse since I'm pregnant but I haven't necessarily decided to hold myself back, it's just preparing myself for respecting the privacy of my child and my boyfriend," she went on.
