Kim Kardashian Called 'Cruel' for Scheduling Deposition on Kris Humphries Wedding Anniversary

Myla Sinanaj, the woman who dated Kris Humphries months after his legal separation from Kim Kardashian, has lashed out at the reality TV star for scheduling her deposition to take place on the same day as her first wedding anniversary.

Kardashian married Humphries, 27, in an over-the-top televised wedding ceremony on Aug. 20, 2011 before infamously filing for divorce 72 days later. Sinanaj reportedly believes that in Kardashian is disrespectful for scheduling Sinanaj's deposition to take place on the day of her wedding anniversary and blasted her as being a "cruel b----" to friends, according to TMZ.com.

Sinanaj will allegedly testify in support of the NBA star, who has accused Kardashian of defrauding him in their short-lived marriage. Kardashian wants a divorce, but Humphries is insisting on an annulment based on fraud.

On Wednesday, it was revealed that Kardashian, 31, and Humphries' public divorce trial has been delayed, and likely won't be resolved until 2013.

Humphries' attorney, Marshall Waller, blamed the delay on the alleged lack of cooperation from Kardashian's boyfriend, Kanye West, who is rumored to have been scheduled for a deposition along with the companies that produce her E! reality TV shows.

During Wednesday's court hearing, Waller simply wanted to prove that Kardashian had "no intention of proceeding with this marriage. That it was basically a contrivance for the benefit of her show and to make money," he said in court.

However, Kardashian's attorney, Laura Wasser, accused Humphries of deliberately dragging out the divorce in an attempt to boost his own publicity.

"To say that I'm frustrated would be an understatement," Wasser told the packed courtroom. "I am at a loss to figure out what the holdup is. ... It's dragging on, it's clogging resources."

It is believed that as far several depositions have occurred, including that of Humphries' himself, which took place in his home state of Minnesota.
