Kim Kardashian Ex Will Not Sue Over Portrayal in New Show

Reports of Kris Humphries suing Kim Kardashian for $10 million over upcoming episodes of "Kourtney & Kim Take New York" are false.

Sources close to the basketball player told TMZ Kris has no plans to sue his ex-wife.

A false report surfaced last week and said Kris would be suing because of the negative way he will be portrayed in the upcoming season.

Last week Kim's lawyer took to the star’s defense against allegations the wedding was staged citing the complexity of the prenuptial agreement as one of the main factors for this.

"Our office did indeed negotiate and prepare a prenup for Ms. Kardashian. Given what I know regarding that document, it is not plausible that this marriage was a sham," Wasser said to TMZ.

She told the gossip site that many of the negotiations dealt with financial issues "that go well into the future" with complications that didn't make sense for a short-term marriage.

"Why on earth would they [Kim, Kris and their lawyers] create a document which looks far into the future if they planned a marriage that would only last a few months," sources close to Kim told TMZ.

The prenup was reportedly 30 pages long containing everything from tax returns to exhibits, and other financial documents.

Kim Kardashian is currently taking legal action against a man who accused the reality star and her team of fabricating her entire wedding and the surrounding affairs as a publicity stunt to improve show ratings.

TMZ is reporting that Kim hired Marty Singer, a well-known Hollywood lawyer, to quiet Jonathan Jaxson, a former publicist for the celebrity.

Jaxson claims he worked for Kim, and while a source close to the reality star said this is true, they said it was a long time ago and for work on a blog.

Jaxson is in the midst of a media campaign in promotion of his new book and has repeatedly made claims that the wedding was staged.

TMZ said Kim barely remembers who Jaxson is and is puzzled by whatever inside information he has on her because they haven't spoken in years.

Kardashian had the man sign off on a confidentiality agreement when they worked together and now feels he is now violating those terms.

She is suing Jaxson for attempting to damage her reputation and is seeking a minimum of $200,000.
Kim's lawyer, Singer, told TMZ: "Everything that he is saying is false and nonsense... This guy is in it to promote himself for his 15 mins of fame."

Jaxson responded to calls from TMZ, and released his own statement on the manner, "I have never signed an agreement dealing with confidentiality with Kim Kardashian. I have an agreement in my possession that does not have either parties signature on it."
