Kim Kardashian Fuels Rumors About Tupac Shakur Being Alive
Kim Kardashian is fueling rumors that rapper and actor Tupac Shakur is still living, 16 years after he was pronounced dead to the world.
Kardashian, 31, took a photograph of a man who looked similar to the late Shakur and posted it on her Instagram page with the caption, "Hmmm Tupac is alive and working?!?"
Fans reacted to the image of the man who Kardashian compared to Shakur, offering mixed reactions to the photograph of the individual.
"That does look like him," one fan commented.
While many people reacted with a simple "lol," another person thought that the similarity between the deceased rapper and the man in the image was amazing.
"OMG it's scary," another commenter exclaimed. "He's (his twin) lol amazing!"
Still, another person disagreed that the man in Kardashian's picture could be the rapper.
"That looks nothing like Pac," the person commented on the image. "Do you realize on a scale of 1-10 Tupac was a 15, that smile, those eyes, that pure clean skin."
However, this is not the first time that fans have reacted to Shakur's likeness this year and questioned if the rapper was still alive.
Rihanna, 24-year-old Barbadian singer, posted an image of her and Shakur on her Instagram photograph sharing account last April. The image caused many to speculate about the rapper's death and the relationship between he and Rihanna.
Some fans of the singer and late rapper could not believe their eyes when viewing the photograph.
"Was I trippin or was Rihanna hugging hologram Tupac," one person questioned.
Others joked that Rihanna needed to let Tupac's spirit rest after the pop star has been wearing a fake tattoo on her stomach similar to the rapper's "Thug Life" inking.
"Tupac's spirit must find Rihanna annoying," one person tweeted. "I know I do, all that thug life business is jarring!"
Although a number of fans said the image was photoshopped to include the slain rapper in a picture with Rihanna, others began to question whether he was alive.
"If Tupac is dead, why is he standing here with Rihanna," a fan questioned.
However, a Twitter user who was familiar with graphic design programs such as Adobe Photoshop put the conspiracy theories to rest.
"Photoshop is truly something, why (did) I just (see) a picture of Rihanna and Tupac, it looks legit," the person tweeted. "But I know better.
Shakur was gunned down in Las Vegas in 1996 which ultimately led to the reports of his death 16 years ago.
