Kim Kardashian, Kanye West Competing With Beyonce, Jay Z?
Kim Kardashian and Beyonce may be famous for very different reasons but a new report claims the reality TV star views the iconic singer as friendly competition.
Kardashian, 33, reportedly Googles Beyonce, 32, daily in a bid to keep track of the singer's popularity levels, which she then compares with her own. The E! star rose to stardom in 2007 following the release of a sex tape, while Beyonce's vocal ability helped her reach international stardom through the award-winning girl group Destiny's Child.
"She Googles her multiple times a day," a source told Life&Style magazine. "Kim wants to see how many more hits Beyonce gets than she does."

Kardashian is believed to have met the "Flawless" singer in 2012 through her fiancé Kanye West. While she is a fan of Beyonce, she reportedly aspires to one day be even more famous than her.
"She wants herself and Kanye to be an even bigger power couple than Beyonce and Jay Z," the insider revealed.
West, who proposed to Kardashian in October, reportedly shares similar aspirations. Insiders claim the rapper believes his marriage to the reality star will boost their celebrity status, ultimately making them Hollywood's most prominent power couple
"Kanye has emphatically told Kim that he believes they're going to be the biggest power couple on the planet," a source close to the couple told RadarOnline.com.
"He genuinely thinks they will be more popular than his close friends, Jay Z and Beyonce. It's one of the reasons why Kanye told Kim to change her hair color, he thinks it elevated Kim from just being a reality star to an international superstar," the source said referencing Kardashian's newly blonde locks.
In recent months fans of Kardashian have observed drastic changes being made to her physical appearance and public persona. The new mom, who is notorious for embracing the paparazzi, has uncharacteristically kept a low profile and sources claim that this is a part West's grand plan to ultimately change her image.
West, who is reportedly at the forefront of wedding planning, has encouraged Kardashian to become more like Beyonce – who prides herself on shielding her private life from the public.
"Beyonce is very selective with how she presents herself in public and social media. Kim is now following in Bey's playbook," the source said.
"Kim only releases very limited pictures of [baby] North and those are with Kanye's approval. He's orchestrating it all, behind-the-scenes," the source explained.
