Kim Kardashian, Kanye West Selling $11 Million Bel Air Mansion Amid Delayed Renovations

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are reportedly planning to sell their Bel Air mansion.

The Hollywood power couple are said to be fed-up with the delayed renovations on their $11 million home and insiders claim they have agreed to list it, according to Us magazine.

Kardashian, 33, and her rapper husband, 37, purchased the 14,000-square-foot home last year and gutted the entire property. They had anticipated a July 2014 move in date, however, extensive renovations have made this impossible.

The E! star is now said to be looking for a new luxury home located closer to her family in Calabasas. She has been living at her mother Kris Jenner's home since giving birth to her daughter North last year.

"I feel as though we'll always be in the honeymoon period," Kardashian recently told Daily Mail U.K.

"We always say we really like to treat each other like it's our birthday," she went on "I try to treat him like it's his birthday every single day. I think we'll always be like that."
