Kim Kardashian News: Keeping Up With the Kardashians Star Lashes Out at Tabloids Accusing Her of Implants and Injections
Reality TV star Kim Kardashian is sounding off on people who have accused her of getting injections to enhance her figure.
Kardashian, the 33-year-old "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star, took to her Twitter account to speak out against tabloids who accused her of surgically enhancing her bottom.
"I'm seeing all these nonsense tabloids claiming I have butt implants-injections. Get a life! Using pics of me 15lbs skinnier (before I had my baby) comparing to me now," Kardashian exclaimed in her Twitter rant. "I still have weight to lose. Anyone who has had a baby knows how hard it is to lose weight (especially the last bit of weight) & your body totally changes!"
She went on to chastise people concerned with her body image while suggesting that the rumors could be the cause of girls developing complexes.
"Making fun of me pregnant & making fun of me trying to lose weight now shame on you. I'm not perfect but I will never conform to your skinny standards sorry! Not me," Kardashian wrote. "And BTW I've lost a lot so far & I'm proud of that! Don't give young girls a complex!"
This is not the first time Kardashian has defended her weight loss criticism publicly.
At the end of last year, the reality television star tweeted in frustration about the rumors concerning her baby weight loss. Last month, Kardashian posted a midriff baring exercise outfit in an Instagram photograph with her friend known as Blac Chyna. While both women are new mothers, some accused Kardashian of photoshopping the image to make herself appear thinner six months after giving birth.
After making various headlines for her allegedly misleading images, Kardashian took to Twitter to defend her hard work in the gym.
"It sucks when people make up surgery or photoshop lies when I am so disciplined & work so hard," Kardashian tweeted. "Just trying to motivate others & show anyone struggling with weight they can totally achieve whatever they want if they are dedicated!"
Last year, she also publicly vented about similar frustrations.
"I am very frustrated today seeing reports that I got surgery to lose my baby weight! This is FALSE," Kardashian tweeted last November. "I worked so hard to train myself to eat right & healthy, I work out so hard & this was such a challenge for me but I did it!!!"
